The Deal
Diners will be able to take their pick of dishes over four courses of Mediterranean cuisine (usually £39.50 per person). After a pre-starter of garlic bread and olives, visitors will receive a starter such as sauteed mushrooms in a garlic and parsley cream, served with toasted bread, or chicken fillets with mixed peppers, cooked in tomato and chilli sauce. A chef’s sorbet of the day is served between the starter and main courses, with potential mains including fillet steak with mushrooms in a beef jus and mustard cream, finished with brandy, or grilled sea bass fillets finished with a savoury tomato sauce. Desserts round visits off, with potential options including tiramisu and creme brulee served with short bread biscuit.
