Great staff nice surroundings, nice massage. but make sure you book afternoon tea before you arrive. Ours ending in just Prosecco but enjoyed!

Great service & experience. You have towel & robe given & bring own slip ons. Pool was disability friendly with steps leading into pool although hand rail was slightly on the wobbly side. We didnt hav food with our coupon but still went up to floor 1 & had a snack, good food. After using pool, sauna, steam room & jacuzzi we went back up to floor 1 where you could have tea, coffe, water, squash in refreshments room, then there was a relaxation room with gentle music & lighting & beds with pillows, very relaxing. Then your called for your treatment which was lovely. I had foot massage, mum had head, neck, shoulders very nice indeed. Parking was in basement & was £8 for our 5hrs. We paid at spa desk.

Lush service. Very accommodating staff. No slippers so had to have afternoon tea with bare feet which felt odd!
