Terms & Conditions for Booking with Groupon

1. Booking Confirmation

- All Groupon bookings require a valid credit or debit card to confirm the appointment.

- The Groupon security key must be provided at the time of booking to validate the voucher. Failure to do so will result in the booking not being processed.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

- We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This policy applies to all customers, including Groupon users.

- If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, the following will apply:

- The Groupon security key will be redeemed to cover the cost of the service.

- If the security key is not provided, the full cost of the service will be charged to the card used to confirm the booking.

3. Eligibility

- Groupon vouchers are intended for new customers only to introduce them to our salon and services.

- Misuse of the Groupon scheme, such as repeated bookings by existing customers or failure to adhere to our salon policies, will result in the cancellation of future appointments.
