A chocolatier will give a demonstration on the chocolate making process before groups get their hands dirty. Handmade chocolates that can be made may include a personalised giant chocolate button, dark chocolate truffles, and milk chocolate fudge. Creations can be decorated with strawberry curls, coconut, white chocolate flakes and cocoa powder.
