Appreciated that they waited for our 4th party member before starting our timer but fairly slow service and they add a sneaky condition which is not made clear when purchasing through Groupon - each guest has to pick one drink and stick to that drink throughout the evening, rather than the usual ability to switch each round that you usually get with a bottomless. The food was nice but they do mean small plates - a portion being 2 spring rolls or about a dozen chips left us hungry enough that we ordered a pizza after.

Do not buy! We have arrived for our 2pm afternoon tea booking but the venue is closed. We have tried to contact via Facebook and email (that the merchant had confirmed the booking over) but received no answer. Nearby businesses say this is not the first time it has happened!

We was really looking forward to this bottomless brunch after reading the reviews, the staff were lovely and the singer was amazing but the drinks were heavily watered down and lacked even fizzy mixers, no ice and long waits for drinks ( we had 6 ) the food was amazing but was extremely small between 2 people , we expressed pur disappointment to the staff who didn't seem shocked.

We don’t agree with this review. Our drinks are poured to standard measures with proper mixers and ice, they are not watered down. Service is paced fairly for all guests during busy brunch sittings, and you received the drinks included in the package. Portion sizes are clearly advertised and are consistent with a brunch offering. Had any issues been raised at the time, we would have addressed them immediately. We’re glad you enjoyed the staff, food quality, and singer, but this review does not reflect the experience we deliver.
