We had an amazing experience at Nu Spa, thanks to Jan, our therapist. She was incredibly pleasant, made us both feel deeply relaxed, and we left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. We’d definitely return. The only minor letdown was being unable to tip by card despite the booking email stating otherwise. Facilities could also use a refresh, especially around the pool, but Jan’s service made it worth every penny. Car parking is included—just remember to register at reception.

Must be 18 or older. Health Club Opening Hours: Monday – Friday 6.00 am – 10.00 pm, Saturday – Sunday 8.00 am – 8.00 pm | Treatment Opening Hours: Everyday 10.00 am – 5.00 pm | £10 pp surcharge for Friday – Sunday appointments including bank holidays, payable when booking appointment with Health Club. If pregnant, must be in or past second trimester. Please note: Vouchers must be booked prior to arrival. Bookings cannot be made less than 24 hours in advance. Limit 2 per person. Lovely hot stone massage with Katie. Then a mini facial, ending with a lovely head massage. Chill and swim in the pool etc. Glass of Prosecco to finish. Value for money and I’m definitely returning!

My spa day was fabulous. Friendly and welcoming environment, the massage was epic and one of the best I've ever had and would highly recommend it and will definitely be visiting again.
