I purchased a 3 pack of ‘Cherry’ fragrance Pongo Air Freshner and was sent a pack of 3 ‘New Car’ fragrance instead. The invoice with the items clearly stated ‘Cherry’ and no note was added to say a replacement had been sent. So I was quite disappointed as it was not what I bought.
