We had a lovely time at Portland Hall. All the staff were lovely and friendly . I had a very relaxing back massage with the hot stones which i didn't want to end and a facial which I really enjoyed. Leanne who did my treatments was lovely. We also had a mini treatment , I picked the body alignment treatment which helped with a problem I've had with my arm. Would recommend Portland Hall.

I was sceptical about booking this groupon for my sisters 30th because there were mixed reviews. However from start to finish we found the spa day so relaxing and really up there. The room we were in was a stained glass window facing one which brought a spiritual element to it. The staff were really accommodating too when my sister requested a more firm pressure likened to a sports massage. I had such a relaxing time and mine was of medium pressure. The lady Marnie was fab with me and worked out so many of my knots bless her. I’ve also been getting compliments on my skin after the payot/ radiance facial whichever it was ! The only thing I was wary of was the upselling via email but understandably they are a business. We opted to upgrade to hot stone and full body massages for £60 extra and waive the admin and slippers and robes fee. I found it worthwhile as even though there isn’t leisure facilities as such they add value in being experts at their craft in massaging. The booking system was fast as well. They called the following day after purchasing to get it booked which I found efficient.

Very nice meal good quality and nice service building is really different from the usual places.
