The saving on this item (I chose a 160 page hardback photo book as a Mother's Day present) was phenomenal! I was so impressed with how professional and good quality it was, exceeded my expectations and Mum was delighted with it.

Very good quality products, good value with an groupon voucher too, easy to create. However if you hit a snag as I did recently it’s very hard to get to speak to a real person. The online customer service does work but is quite a lengthy process which is not helpful if you have tight time deadline!
Hence only 4* and not 5
