* **Voucher validity:** Expires 4 months from date of purchase.
* **Redemption** Limit: 1 per person; may purchase 1 additional as a gift.
* **Eligibility:** New customers only, or those who have not visited the garage within the past 12 months.
* **Booking:** Reservation required at least 72 hours in advance. Merchant contact information will be available for you after purchase in your voucher. Vehicle must be dropped off by 8:30 am (drop-off available from 6:45 am). No waiting on-site.
* **Presentation:** Printed voucher with QR code must be left in the vehicle at drop-off. Without this, the full price will be charged.
* **Cancellation:** Minimum 24 hours’ notice required.
* **Vehicle restrictions:** Valid for standard cars and 4x4s up to 2.0L engines and vehicles up to 20 years old. Please contact merchant for vehicles larger than a 4x4.
* **Oil change:** Includes up to 4L of standard oil. A surcharge of £25 applies to vehicles requiring special oils or engines over 2.0L. Additional charges apply for vehicles requiring more than 4L of oil or engines over 2.0L.
* **Service time:** Vehicles must remain at the garage for a minimum 6-hour block.
* **Extras:** Any additional work will be quoted in advance and includes all parts, VAT, plus a 1-year or 20,000-mile warranty.
* **Availability:** Valid Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm. Excludes bank holidays.
