I use Himalayan singing bowls at the beginning of your session to balance, charge and cleanse your chakras. This has the dual benefit of the vibrations and sounds of the bowls helping you to transition easily into a deeply relaxed state, and prompt your body and mind to begin self-healing. I end the session with koshi chimes, which help integrate the healing, help your body and mind transition back to awareness slowly and peacefully, and also clear any residual energy. Of course, clients can request a session without any sound healing elements, but it is highly recommended.
