This is the second time in 2 years and I would go weekly if I could. Caroline is friendly , approachable, professional( I am also a qualified masseuse) skillful and adaptable. I was a little late due to roadworks and she was so understanding.
My neck and back has never felt better, I was warm, relaxed and content when I left.Thank you so much.
I was flabbergasted when I read those nasty reviews, so judgemental and inaccurate, in my opinion.

An overall bad service due to Caroline’s poor time-management and lack of attention-to-detail through the nail-application process. I spent 2-hours there as the polish did not set. She then semi-removed the polish and offered to redo them again on another day with an added massage.
Returning 3-days later, I chose a new colour. She did my nails and massaged my back/legs promptly within 2-hours. Unfortunately, a week’s passed and the gel manicure has started to peel off prematurely – avoid!

it was a new gel polish (that I have now taken back to wholesale, in case other people have the same issue) that was not curing properly under the lamp hence it took 2 hours. I redid both nails and toes and added a complimentary hot stone massage due to the inconvenience. this was 2 weeks ago, around how long it should last on nails and longer on toes. for you to review 2 weeks after the appointment instead of simply messaging me. if I had an issue with a treatment or at a restaurant, I would be taking it up with management before slandering a small business.
