Basically a toy. Tried to return it, they sent me an Email requesting details and when you reply it comes back undelivered tried twice. No refund received.

Little more than a toy. Does not mop floors, does not clean hard floors nor remove marks or stains. A waste of money. Have returned item pending a refund.
