I received a 30 minute back massage and 30 minute facial today. My therapist was called Shona. The back massage was excellent and very firm. My facial was extensive and I enjoyed the various techniques used on my face and Shona talked me through each stage. Shona really pampered me and spoiled me. I was impressed and had a very good experience. I felt better after my treatment and my face had a glow. One star was deducted because I was a little confused to begin with because Dazzle Me Nails & Beauty and Royal Lash & Glow operate under the same roof. Also the interior of the shop could do with a little TLC. However, don't let this put you off as the treatment you will receive and attentiveness of your therapist is first class.

Very annoyed as I booked this as a gift for someone and they have been told last minute that they can not get a treatment she didn’t even try to re book

Poor communication. Bought the voucher and then tried to book in with the merchant via WhatsApp. I first messaged on the 1st of September and she kept ignoring my messages for days and wouldn’t confirm a date or time for the appointment. By the 11th September I still didn’t receive confirmation of an appointment date so I have requested a refund.
