The hairdresser Pavi was lovely but the owner Du is extremely rude and unprofessional when there was an issue with the Groupon voucher on her/ the salon’s end. She was not helpful and could risk losing repeat business as a result of how she treats customers.

Hi Jyoti , apologies you felt Du was rude as she was only trying to explain that if a voucher does not pop up in the booking tool there is no way anyone can offer a service . its paramount that the voucher shows on the booking tool and if it doesnot its customers responsibility who chose groupon the third party to contact them and find the reasons as due to data protection they would not allow it to be discussed . I am sorry if it means a customers would not want to come back , but there are salon policies which everyone needs to follow .
