To start off, no one was at the clinic when I was supposed to start the facial. The door was closed, even though it did say “open”. They opened 20 min later. The facial started late and it was not one hour (50 min only). Worst facial ever! I am not even sure she knew what she was doing. She kept going in and out of the room, the steam only saw one side of my face, the other side was not steamed at all. I do not recommend this place at all!

small salon tucked away off Edgware Road. though I wouldn't call it 'Clinic' or 'Spa' - its clean and cozy - and my therapist was great - my facial was very good, skin still glowing few days afterwards! recommended !

I bought this as a gift and my friend had a really bad experience. The massage was awful, done through a towel, after the facial she still have exfoliating bits on her face and neck. They acknowledged how bad the massage was and that she wasn’t happy and offered to give her another one for free. Safe to say she will not be taken that offer. It was a waste of my money and such a bad experience for my friend. I gave her this experience as a birthday gift and this is ruined.

The 90 minute pamper package was lovely. Would defintely recommend especially as with the Groupon deal it was great value.

Paid to be abused for 90mins! This person is clearly not qualified to do massages or facials. For the entire duration she massaged me with her knuckles and elbows with extreme pressure. The facial, she might as well have cleansed my eyeballs, and Indian head massage she tugged at my hair so hard that hair came out. Avoid at all costs. There’s a reason google reviews are so low. I took a chance and paid the price
