Appointments will now be available from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. A £10 late fee will be applied for arrivals more than 10min late. Appointment will likely be cancelled more than 20 minutes late. The repair policy will cover treatments for up to 7 days post-appointment. Bookings can be modified or cancelled up until 48 hours before the appointment. Online reservation required. Book your date while you purchase. Or check availability. Any removals have a surcharge of £10 payable direct on the day. DESIGNS are subject to additional charges depending on the length and duration, please note charms are not included. DESIGNS should be sent over to our WhatsApp number prior to booking and await confirmation, all other services can be booked through booking tool without contacting. If they do not send an image of what they want to do we may refuse the service or recommend a more simplified version that will be within the guidelines.
