Great customer service coupled with excellent quality food. It was my daughter’s 18th birthday and they surprised her with a free dessert. Very thoughtful. Highly recommended.

When I visited there was a problem with redeeming my voucher. The host was very professional with dealing with it by calling marketing to address the issue. I had chicken katsu curry which was delicious and the ambience was lovely, the tote bag is also cute and great quality!

The device was unable to read my QR code due to a defect. The employee then claimed that the coupon had already been redeemed today. After a long back-and-forth and a phone call with the manager, I was eventually allowed to redeem my coupon. Overall, the situation was very unprofessional.
