I am extremely disappointed with this experience. After purchasing the voucher, I was in contact with the provider and made payment, but I never received the audio I was promised. Communication was very slow and unhelpful, and despite following up, nothing was delivered. At this stage, I can only request a full refund, as I feel misled. I would not recommend this service to anyone, and I strongly believe Groupon should not be promoting this kind of misleading offer.
