Lovely staff very accommodating and nice quality ,would recommend. I cannot fault the service and management at this lovely restaurant. I’m heavily pregnant and being very careful about what I eat so contacted the venue before going. The manager got back in touch with me and couldn’t have been more helpful in working out what I would be happy to eat and reassuring me that the food would all be cooked freshly which it was He was fantastic and didn’t make me feel like I was causing any inconvenience at all When we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. We had comfortable seats and started with drinks. There was a good choice of gin and tonics for my mum and decaf hot drinks for me. The coffee was lovely and the young lad serving was very attentive and polite The restaurant was very quiet the day we went but still a nice atmosphere. When they food came they had freshly prepared my sandwiches as discussed and they were very tasty. My mum had a good selection from the standard menu We were a little disappointed that the desserts were not the menu online and missing cheesecake. We just mentioned this to the manager and no problem he bought us a beautiful piece of chocolate cheesecake- full sized- with berry decorations from the kitchen for us to share at no extra cost Honestly the staff were so welcoming, friendly and polite and the food was very good, especially the cheesecake and millionaires shortbread! We couldn’t finish it all but we were offered take away boxes without having to ask We will definitely go back and the evening menu looks very nice Thank you so much
