Preparation

Create a space for your treatment somewhere quiet, warm and relaxing. Your therapist will bring a treatment bed roughly 6ft x 2ft. Following our current Covid-19 protocol, we are asking clients to provide their own towels for all appointments. You may wish to have a shower or bath beforehand to relax your muscles. We recommend undressing to your underwear or simply a level you are comfortable with. Let your masseuse know of any particular areas of concern.
