I wouldn’t use these guys again. Never got any treatment and I turned up twice. Second time was a little late and they said I have to pay £60 first if I want to book another appointment. So I left with nothing and no refund given. Waste of money

Sonia you were late 30 Min we could not run late into other people treatment its really unfair for us to be in that position, we do charge a surcharge if client does not turn up or later than 15 min. No phone call to say you were running late to keep us updated and then to go and write a review its very unfair

Same as everyone else they have been a nightmare to get a hold of, and at 12 on the day before my appointment, I get a text telling me they have to reschedule and to call them to do so. Firstly if you have time to text you have time to phone and secondly after getting me to call you could at least pick up the phone, like the others they have redeemed my voucher without the treatment being provided.

Zero stars. Please do not buy from this company. They were investigated as they were not honouring the massage element and a different phone number is given for booking ( Edinburgh office) groupon said it was resolved and they were honouring the massage. I called the number on the notice and lady on the phone refused to give me available dates until I provided my voucher code. Which they redeemed. Booked me in, but said massage therapist not available so will upgrade facial ( to 70 mins?? As per the voucher time I had for facial and massage ) I never found out because day of my appointment received a text saying do not attend as staff member is sick. No rebooking attempt. Couldn’t get them on the phone to reschedule ( but as they cancelled on me and took my voucher) they should have called to reschedule that girls clients. This business is clearly going under if they have to book through Edinburgh office and therapists have to travel through to skin Glasgow. Please avoid. They lie and steal your money.

We do not offer massage and we cant be more upfront about this if you are looking for a massage please look else where this is strictly a facial appointment with a 10 min back neck and shoulder.

Don’t buy or use this company , upon booking they take your voucher code then give you run around and you won’t even be able to get a refund as they redeemed it without given the treatment!! Stay away
