The service as committed was not provided by the vendor. I had opted for pedicure and manicure but the service did not include any massage or exfoliating, it simply was fixing the nails. Remove varnish, cuticles, buffing and nail paint. When I did question her I was told that this not included but the description on group on clearly mentioned the inclusions. The lady herself was pleasant but did not deliver as committed. Even for the discounted price it was not worth the money.

A full pedicure was held this included massage. I explained that you could also have optional extras if required. I also always ensure that before leaving everything is satisfactory, to which you agreed.
