The sandals were a good price but I ordered grey and brown were delivered I kept them they fitted really well not worth sending them back

I have received the wrong size shoes 3rd pair I have purchased for my mother First two pairs were excellent 3rd pair definitely the wrong size has been despatched Emailed customer service THEY HAVEN’T REPLIED 😱I will NOT be using GROUPON AGAIN They were an Xmas gift so I couldn’t return within 14 days A reply at least to my email would be appreciated!

Sandals are great but wrong colour delivered - stipulated GREY they sent BROWN and I have nothing to wear that colour black would have been preferable as brown is not in my colour range
despite several emails to Vender have NOT even been acknowledged.
They are good quality and comfortable BUT USELESS TO ME.
I ended up donating them to the homeless so out of pocket really
. A RESPONSPONSE OF SOME KIND WOULD HAVE BEEN APPRECIATED
