    Had a lovely day! The treatment was excellent and the light lunch although not much choice was ample. So great value for money and booked in with 3 other friends in July!

    Depending on what you want this is good value for money to have treatments and afternoon tea included. As it’s based in a hotel it’s not quite as relaxing as a traditional spa in the pool area, as there were kids swimming lessons going on until 11:15am so it was quite noisy. Also only a couple of sunbeds and no padding on them. The treatments were lovely. All staff were friendly and helpful. Afternoon tea I thought felt basic - but I suppose for the money it was about what I expected.

    The spa treatments themselves, especially Kerry were absolutely fabulous. Couldn’t fault the staff in the spa at all. However, in terms of a relaxing Spa day it wasn’t so great. Both a sauna and the steam room were out of order and the pool was taken up by an exercise class. There isn’t anywhere really relaxing to sit and read a book, or chat with friends. The spa reception staff were busy talking to tradesmen who are meandering in and out of the pool area making it rather un relaxing. Hence the overall review.
