What to Expect at The Chequers
At The Chequers, they pride themselves on authentic traditional hospitality. Everything in the menu is freshly prepared using local and seasonal produce, ensuring the highest quality for your visit. You will enjoy a delightful selection of homemade cakes and scones, decadent mini desserts, and savory snacks served on bread and pastry all hand-crafted in-house. The venue itself is a stunning historic coaching inn, complete with a traditional thatched roof, pamment tile flooring, and rustic exposed beams that create a cozy, timeless atmosphere inside. During the summer months, guests are invited to make the most of our beautiful cottage-style gardens and heated courtyards, providing the perfect setting to whittle away a relaxing afternoon.

- Buy your Groupon for either 2 or 4 people (Traditional or Prosecco option)
- Book your table at The Chequers following the instructions on your voucher
- Enjoy your hand-crafted afternoon tea in a historic coaching inn

- Limit 1 per person(s), may buy 8 additional as gift(s)
- Menu may be modified for seasonality and availability
- Available Monday to Saturday 12noon to 5pm (last booking 4.45pm). Not available on Bank holidays. Availability for groupon customers is limited each day.
- Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance, no cancellations, voucher code must be given at time of booking.
- Maximum booking size with groupon vouchers is 8 guests.
- Dietary requirements must be given at time of booking. Changes or alterations are not possible on arrival.
- No cancellations
- Management reserve the right to refuse service for any reason other than those prohibited by law
- Must be 18+ for alcohol option
- Expires 4 months after purchase
