  • Booking: Customers may buy multiple vouchers.
    Vouchers must be purchased at least 24 hours before use at either venue.
    To make a reservation, please use the appropriate link:

    Your voucher is valid until 31-03-2026.
    Bookings must be made by 30-11-2025. Bookings after this date will not be accepted.
    Once booked, your reservation can be moved once with a 48-hour notice.

  • Purchase: Maximum 1 voucher per booking.

  • Validity: Use by 31st March, book by 31 December 2025. Valid for two adults (18+) Valid Sunday-Friday, with last use at 6pm on a Friday.

  • Redemption: Can be used at Stadhampton or Beaconsfield. When booking your slot, NO TABLE WILL BE ALLOCATED. Your booking is to for redemption of your voucher, please note tables are on a first come, first serve basis. Please head to reception on arrival. Vouchers cannot be used on the day of purchase and advanced booking is required (24 hours minimum); subject to availability; non-refundable; vouchers redeemed at booking - Voucher code must be quoted when booking.

  • Restrictions: Booking in advance is essential, redemption on the day is not allowed. Cannot be used with any other offers or vouchers. No dogs allowed. 48-hour notice for rescheduling (once only); cannot apply to existing bookings or combine with other offers. Full voucher value used in one visit. 15% discretionary service charge on food/drinks bill; please note Crazy Bear are a cashless business. Table is booked for 1.5 hours. Once booked, it can be moved once with 48-hour notice.

  • Additional Information: This experience is available Sunday to Friday, with the last table on Friday booked at 6pm. Some date restrictions apply including by not limited bank holidays, all internal Crazy Bear Events, 24-26th Dec, 31st Dec, 13-16th Feb. We recommend you book at least 6 weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
