Hiya, sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately in the lead up to Christmas we are very busy and availability is limited due to people who have pre booked. We do our best to fit customers in as soon as possible. I can see that you’ve not even had your massage yet it’s booked for the 31st December, so this review is very unfair and does not reflect our services at all.
