To ensure an enjoyable experience and prevent congestion, there is a maximum of 6 Wizards allowed per group. This limit includes any children under 3 years old who are accompanying your party. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to this rule. Non-paying players over 3 are not permitted to accompany the group unless they are a carer and can wait in our café area, subject to capacity, with a Wizard over 16

This duration accounts for both entry into the venue (typically 15 minutes) and playing all 9 holes. Please be aware that during weekends and school holidays, you might experience a longer wait time to enter the venue
Is there a minimum age for children to play, and do they need to be accompanied by an adult?
The minimum age to play is 3 years old. Children under 3 who are accompanying your group must be booked in for free, and they count towards the 6-person group maximum. All children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by someone over 16 in their playing group to ensure their safety and enjoyment
Is The Hole In Wand Wizard Golf accessible for individuals with disabilities?
Yes, the venue is fully accessible for wheelchair users. While some areas might present a slight challenge, we provide extendable wands to assist with play. They also have an accessible toilet available, and it is recommended that all wheelchair users utilize the Bank Hey Street entrance for the easiest access
Are dogs allowed on the course or in the venue?
They do not permit dogs on the mini-golf course, with the exception of service animals. However, well-behaved dogs are welcome in the Tavern area at the discretion of the Chief Wizard. They even offer a dog bowl and treats for the canine companions in the Tavern!

The Hole in Wand offers a wizarding-themed experience for the whole family. Ove nine holes of mini gold featuring bubbling cauldrons, magical portals and a giant picture frame where the participants become part of the painting, players will find out if they have the magical powers of a Serpent, Basilisk, Unicorn or Wizard.
