Very good service, loved my highlights. Good consultation beforehand and patch test required. Just note if you require a toner this is £10 extra. Plus £5 extra for hair longer than shoulder length. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely hairstylist and great to talk to but if you have blonde hair, please make sure to double check which toner they use. I’ve always had blonde hair (my natural hair is black) and never had any issues going bright blonde before. I saw this offer on Groupon and thought, why not? but it turned out to be my biggest regret. After the appointment, my hair ended up with a greyish/green tint due to the toner used. I’m usually someone who believes in “trusting the process,” but I’m genuinely disappointed this time. I contacted the salon, but they said there’s nothing they can do. Now I’ll have to visit another salon to fix it and get my bright blonde back. This was my first and my last visit to this salon.
