Joanne, that is so unfair. Although you were already allocated a table, you asked to change and that was changed. As you could see, we were very busy. We dealt with people in order of appearance. I could tell you were scrutinising the menu. YOU ARE NOT VEGAN! The vegan and gluten free menus are different and not up foe offer. The other customers chatted to us. You, dud not, so we left you alone. I was perfectly polite to you when we did speak. This is an aggressive mis- truth, how very dare you! I got up at 5 am to make sure all the teas were as they should be that is, handmade and fresh be and I even employed an extra member of staff
