They put the phone on silence and they never pick it up. I don’t know if the young girl is there as apprentice/or super inexperienced, but she shouldn’t be left alone with a customer without the responsible checking the job. Had a massage and totally regretting it. It was like a puppy touching me, if I needed something like this I would had stay home with my dog!!! And save money. Didn’t ask me how I feel or how pressure I need. She Had massive nails that clearly couldn’t do the job properly. Zero professionalism. Zero respect. Well done girls, my friend and I will never come by your shop.
