I had a prenatal massage with Roberta on Friday and it was exactly what my 28-week body needed. She set me up safely and comfortably, checked in about pressure, and focused on my lower back, hips, shoulders and swollen legs. I left lighter, with far less back pain and noticeably better sleep that night. Roberta is warm, professional, and clearly trained in pregnancy care. Highly recommend to any mum-to-be.
