Dermo 500 cream is brilliant . Am Diabetic and after major àbdominal surgery in April am unable to shower due to bikini line wound not fully closing. So given this in hosp to use as moisturiser / and or soap.Its brilliant and really helps my exceptionally dry skin keep hydrated and reduce itching etc
