I had only used the hoover for about 10 minutes when the suction pipe fell off the machine!!!

I have never used a vacuum cleaner which has less suction power. The only way I can get it to pick up anything is to loosen threads, crumbs etc with a stiff brush first. After two frustrating attempts I have given up and now it's back to brush and dustpan. Makes me nostalgic for my dead Dyson even though it was so heavy.

We’d had our previous Vax for 10 years and it was great but not this one.
It’s nice and light but the first time we used it the hose fell off. We had to return it. Groupon made this easy to do.
Also be aware it’s difficult for stairs (though we didn’t get that far): The instructions say that you must hang he brush part over the stair edge as they constantly rotate and could damage your carpet.
Though it was cheap, there are none of usual attachments included either.
