Dear Patricia, I would like to clarify several important points regarding your recent appointments. The Pamper Package does not include deep tissue or sports massage. It includes relaxing treatments such as back massage, hand massage, face massage, or a classic facial. Deep tissue and sports massage are separate treatments, with different pricing, and must be booked specifically. Your appointment was scheduled for 30 minutes, and you arrived 15 minutes late. Despite this, I still accommodated you. You also used additional time to go to the bathroom and spent several minutes in the changing room. Even so, I remained professional and allowed the appointment to continue as a gesture of goodwill and respect. I also find it difficult to understand why you chose to return and book again after previously stating that you were unhappy with the premises. If you were dissatisfied, it would have been reasonable not to return. Additionally, during your visits, your attitude came across as distant and unfriendly, which made the interaction uncomfortable. Hi Bernie, We’re sorry you feel disappointed, however your review is based on a misunderstanding of the service you booked. You asked a relaxing massage, which is not intended to use deep pressure. The therapist is booked is specialises in Swedish, Aromatherapy and Relaxing Treatment, and she delivered the service exactly as described. if you where looking for stronger or deeper massage, you should have booked deep tissue or sports massage, which is clearly listed as separate option. Leaving a negative review because a relaxation massage was not deep pressure is unfair. if you’re unsure what treatment you need, we strongly recommend asking before booking so we can guide you to the correct service.
