The salon itself smell of damp as you walk in Elena however knows what she’s doing I felt relaxed I got a hydra facial which was excellent my skin was glowing afterwards I also got a hand and arm massage which was extremely relaxing Thanks again Elena

From the moment you entered the salon, I noticed a certain tension that made it more difficult to create a relaxing atmosphere. A wellness experience is most successful when it begins with calm and balanced energy. Regarding the scent, there was no unpleasant smell; however, the essential oils used may simply not have suited your preference. Please note that I provide the same high-quality, luxury service to all clients, regardless of discounts or vouchers, and positive energy toward the therapist is essential for a quality treatment.

Advertised as a 'day of self-care and luxury' involving two pamper treatments. My experience consisted of a truly awful twenty minute back 'massage'. Despite requesting a deep tissue massage, the 'therapist' applied no pressure whatsoever and didn't seem to have any basic technique. The salon had an unpleasant damp smell.

Dear Patricia, I would like to clarify several important points regarding your recent appointments. The Pamper Package does not include deep tissue or sports massage. It includes relaxing treatments such as back massage, hand massage, face massage, or a classic facial. Deep tissue and sports massage are separate treatments, with different pricing, and must be booked specifically. Your appointment was scheduled for 30 minutes, and you arrived 15 minutes late. Despite this, I still accommodated you. You also used additional time to go to the bathroom and spent several minutes in the changing room. Even so, I remained professional and allowed the appointment to continue as a gesture of goodwill and respect. I also find it difficult to understand why you chose to return and book again after previously stating that you were unhappy with the premises. If you were dissatisfied, it would have been reasonable not to return. Additionally, during your visits, your attitude came across as distant and unfriendly, which made the interaction uncomfortable. At Vilara Beauty Salon, I always aim to provide a welcoming, respectful, and positive environment, and I expect mutual respect in return. I kindly ask that you refrain from making unfair or damaging reviews. At this point, I respectfully request that you do not make any further bookings at my premises. Thank you for your understanding. Sorry to say this was one of the worst massages I've had. Literally no pressure at all despite asking several times. Asked for focus on neck and shoulders and didn't get it. Left more stressed.

Hi Bernie, We’re sorry you feel disappointed, however your review is based on a misunderstanding of the service you booked. You asked a relaxing massage, which is not intended to use deep pressure. The therapist is booked is specialises in Swedish, Aromatherapy and Relaxing Treatment, and she delivered the service exactly as described. if you where looking for stronger or deeper massage, you should have booked deep tissue or sports massage, which is clearly listed as separate option. Leaving a negative review because a relaxation massage was not deep pressure is unfair. if you’re unsure what treatment you need, we strongly recommend asking before booking so we can guide you to the correct service. We are always happy to help, but reviews should be based on service provided - not on a service that was never booked.
