FAQs
What happens when I visit the club?
Your first stop should be at the reception. Bring and show your Groupon voucher and a photo ID and our receptionist will ask you to complete a general health questionnaire and help you register as a member of our gym. Once that's all sorted, you can proceed and access the rest of the facilities as you see fit.
Are there age restrictions for using the gym on a family pass?
Yes. Children under 16 can enjoy the swimming pool, but gym facilities are only available to those aged 16 and above.
Are towels available?
Yes, but an additional fee will apply. These vary per location, please enquire at your chosen club.
Are lockers included in the deal?
No, however locker bands can be purchased if desired for £5. Please ask at the reception to provide this if required.

Fine Print
- Voucher expires 31/12/2025
- 1 Voucher per person for the duration of the campaign, may buy 1 additional as gift.
- Please note that another pass cannot be used within a 90-day period.
- Gym day passes are valid for 4 weeks from the date of redemption/first visit to the club.
- Must use the first pass within 30 days of purchase. Once 1st pass is redeemed, remaining passes must be used within 30 days.
- Advance booking is recommended. Simply call your local club to book.
- Availability at certain locations may be limited due to seasonal factors. For the latest information and to ensure booking availability, please contact your local branch in advance.
- Please bring Photo ID along with your printed, or mobile Groupon voucher and present both upon arrival.
- No cancellations or refunds once the voucher has been redeemed.
- Please note: Anyone under the age of 16 on the family pass can only use the swimming pool, gym facilities are only available for ages 16+.
