At West Fisher, wines are made as cleanly and naturally as possible, with minimal sulphites and no artificial additives — meaning you can enjoy your experience without the chemical hangover. All wines are suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and the Springfield and Regent sparkling wines are completely organic.
Please note: there is no vineyard on site; all wines are produced locally from grapes grown in the South East and South West of England.
