Simon Fisher, the founder of West Fisher Winery, has had a passion for making wines ever since he watched his mother make country wines when he was a child. Founded in 2009, the company mainly produces English wines and is driven by that same passion and curiosity that its founder had as a child. The venue offers a selection of red, white, rosé and sparkling wines as well as local beer, ciders and spirits.
