- Vouchers are valid for redemption for four months from purchase date.
- £5pp surcharge for weekend, Bank Holidays and School Holidays bookings.
- All attendees of the walk must have a valid ticket.
- Under 10s may join the walk but will be unable to lead the alpaca independently; 10-year old and under must be accompanied by an adult. Under 3s may join the walk but the terrain is unsuitable for a pushchair, toddlers must be in a carrier or adults must be certain that their child can walk the whole distance.
- No dogs permitted.
- Must wear suitable clothing.
- Guests will be required to sign a health and safety waiver before the experience.
- Please arrive 15 minutes early. Wetley Moor Alpacas are unable to accept latecomers.
- Walk leader may take photos for advertising purposes unless informed otherwise.
- It is the guests responsibility to assess whether they themselves are physically capable to join the experience, if under any doubt please consult a doctor beforehand.
