Bought this deal from groupon as it is a very good deal.. communicated with the merchant to book appointment and finally able to book one.. but this has been cancelled on the day of my booking which is very disappointing as I arrange some of my commitments arround the schedule. Been told that refund been request for me and will get reply in 24 hours till now havent got message from groupon yet.. as just wondered why it is redeemed even appointment not done yet. Suppose to be when the appointment been carried out already . Any way hope i will get my refund soon .. pls be mindful purchasing this othe customer.. hope u will mot suffer same circumstance like mine x

The "Redeemed" Status: On the Groupon platform, merchants often have to "redeem" the voucher to initiate the refund process through their system.
