The socks I received bear no relation to the description. They are inferior to any product I have seen, supposedly they contain 5% spandex or elastane but have zero stretch. They are supposed to fit men size 8 to 12, I doubt they would fit a size 4!. As always with product supplied direct from China your redress is questionable. My advice is don't buy these socks.
