The place is reminiscent of an old sandwich bar rather than a restaurant. The staff were very pleasant but the food was quite mediocre and somewhat unimpressive. Wouldn't recommend

Highly recommended! A hidden gem for a quick, tasty meal and good portion size. Went with a friend to Yari Club on Friday evening and we both really enjoyed our meal. Our Groupon voucher was for 2 people; choice of bento box or Japanese curry, 4 side dishes and 2 drinks. We both had Kyoto bento with chicken and prawn, sides - corn balls, chicken katsu, broccoli and edamame. 10/10

Lovely Japanese snack restaurant specialising in chicken skewers, highly recommend the skin skewers and prawn skewers as well as the miso soup. Neat selection of drinks and beers too for everyone's taste
