I don't normally give anyone review although I have been using Groupon for several years for myself and my partner. The main reason I want to give this so called beauty shop a review is that the owner of this Zeyslashes is rude manipulative and not genuine. She put fake treatments name on the groupon list and when you phone to confirm she won't tell you exactly how the treatment works but instead give you falls information and ask the groupon code over the phone call. Because she knows if we go to get clinic and the treatment is not what we purchased we won't give her the Groupon code. I'm WARNING anyone thinking of purchasing any treatment from this person. She didn't say it's a machine lymphatic drainage massage and manipulated my partner in buying and took the code from him. When I went there I couldn't have the treatment then she and the Groupon both refused to refund me. She is racist labelled me of a country of ethnicity. She read all the British low and give you examples lol - I know I've lost my £40 but nevertheless I'm not going to her to beg for my money because she is low in standards BE CAREFUL AND STAY AWAY if you don't want to lose your money

The Groupon advertisement clearly states that the lymphatic drainage treatment is performed by machine, not by hand. Nothing about this was hidden or misrepresented. 2. Your partner did not mention your medical condition when booking. Only upon arrival did you disclose this, and for safety reasons I could not provide the treatment. This is standard practice and part of my professional duty. 3. I did not “manipulate” anyone. Groupon requires codes to be provided at the time of booking, and this was handled in line with their process. I also offered you a complimentary treatment if Groupon could not refund you, which shows goodwill on my part. As a business owner, I strictly follow all professional and legal standards. It is unfair and false to suggest otherwise. Making accusations of dishonesty, manipulation, or racism is not only untrue but damaging.
