Small plastic "stoppers" with colour changing led light source. Battery powered. A bit fiddly to set up, instructions very poor, but managed ok. The stoppers "sit" in the neck of a bottle, and are not secured like a bottle cork would be, so they are a bit loose — so no sudden movements or they shake out! Colours are bright and the cycle of the colour change is about a minute, so if using a few of these the effect is pretty good. Would be great if they were rechargeable via usb or similar. 5/5 to Groupon for price & delivery, as usual. 4/5 for the lights as its still early days so no idea about battery usage or resilience in an English garden!
