In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or has been damaged in delivery or is the wrong item, please contact us to let merchant know about the problem as soon as possible. Your right to return items to us in accordance with these terms and conditions is in addition to any other statutory rights you may have. If you are eligible for a refund, we will reimburse the price you have paid for the product(s) onto the credit/debit card that you paid with or if purchased through with a Gift Card, the merchant will refund the amount to your Gift Card balance. Alternatively, we merchant may offer to replace the item free of charge. Please note that the merchant does not offer both a refund and a replacement.
