Today's Groupon offers Dwarf Patio Fruit Tree Collection - 3 or 5 Potted Plants, distributed by Branded Garden Products Limited.
- Create a mini orchard with a selection of 3 or 5 potted fruit trees
- Three-plant varieties include Cherry 'Sylvia', Pear 'Conference', and Apple 'Golden Delicious'
- Five-plant varieties include Apple 'Golden Delicious', Apple 'Gala', Pear 'Conference', Plum 'Black Amber', and Cherry 'Sylvia'
- Dwarf trees with a columnar habit which makes them ideal for growing on the patio
- Can reach a maximum height of around 1m and spread of up to 45cm
- Supplied as pot-grown plants in 9cm pots, ideal for planting now
- Ideal for dessert, cooking, and fresh consumption
- Plant patio fruit trees in 60cm (2') diameter containers using a good quality compost
- Alternatively plant them in any well-drained soil in a sheltered sunny position.

- Apple 'Golden Delicious': easy-to-grow variety which produces good yields of golden-green apples which can be stored for a good period after harvesting
- Apple 'Gala': reliable variety which produces red flushed fruits with a sweet flavour; makes for a lovely juicing apple
- Pear 'Conference': a popular variety of pear, this is ideal as a dessert pear but also lovely when cooked; has a smooth, juicy flavour
- Plum 'Black Amber': producing a crop of rounded, firm purple fruits with a juicy texture; rootstock: Ferlinane
- Cherry 'Sylvia': ideal for the patio which not only makes a focal point but produces delicious fruits too; produces beautiful pink cherry blossoms in the spring
Please note: Patio trees are derived from clonal selections for dwarfism which ensures a particularly compact growth habit of around 1m (39'') in height.
