I pre washed before use as per instructions. The sheet has pull marks on, and the duvet cover has come apart at the seems at the top, haven't used it yet. I did report to Customer Service but had no reply. I have sewn it myself and will use it as I have paid for it, but I'm not sure how long they will last!!
