It came within the time limit given so I was satisfied with that. However, I'm disappointed with the product as it isn't dense enough; I can't tell it's even on the bed and am still waking up with lower back pain, as my bed is very firm. So I should have gone with my instinct and purchased a memory foam mattress topper.
For anyone that doesn't suffer with back problems, you'll probably find it's okay; but no big difference for me.
