Such a shame, I bought 2 vouchers and have yet to receive the second photo.
If you only have one voucher then the service is swift and easy (once you are able to take the photo, but that isn't the companies fault), however the process for redeeming 2 just doesn't work.
Initially, via email, they accepted my second voucher code, but when it came to actually sending me the completed photo I have only received one and they are now ignoring my emails (when previously I was receiving responses within 24 hours).
I would suggest if you want more than one picture that you receive the first one before redeeming the next voucher.
I have given 2 stars as the picture I received was exactly what I was expecting, but I am still awaiting my second picture
